ABOUT BENJI

Don’t let this cute ball of fluff deceive you.

Benji is a very intelligent active little guy who is going to need a forever home that is willing to be firm with him and train him. He will make a great trick dog as already acts like he should be in the circus! He loves his ball and is very good at fetch. When the day is over he loves to cuddle with you on your lap or in bed.

Benji has had some behaviour issues that will need to be addressed if they arise - so far being firm and not babying him has helped, we are also crate training him as he has some separation anxiety and doesn’t take well to being left alone.

Benji loves his toys especially his balls, he has a favourite that we are very scared to lose 😳 He also loves ripping at soft toys and playing tug o war. These with some chew toys seems to help keep him amused.

Benji loves adventures and travelling in the car. He has even spent some hours at a hair salon where he greeted everyone and had very good manners. He would make a great office dog if you could take him to work or work from home!

Really he would make a great addition to any family - without other pets - as long as you are willing to continue his training.

BEHAVIOUR NOTES

Has had an anxiety stress issue where he will run around and chase his tail/ bite his back leg. Crate training and being firm has helped with this. He will play it up if he knows It will get your attention.
