ABOUT FALKOR

Falkor named after the Luck Dragon from Never Ending Story is nearly a carbon copy of his characters traits...Personality wise, Falkor is optimistic, friendly, dignified and wise.

If this wonderful boy could talk, I am sure he would. He just wants nothing more than to please his humans and being wonderfully trained, he is just a delight to be around. Falky loves everyone. He is house trained, loves the car, sits, shakes, stays, rolls over, loves going for a walk and can use the doggy door with ease.

Living with his two foster sisters, he has fitted in just perfectly so I do not think he would have any problem adjusting to a new family. He does want to play with them so I think he would like a fur sister. He seems to have been brought up with kids, as he does like them.

Falky is a gentle soul who loves pats and is always watching where you are and not far behind. Being 7 years old, you would not know it, as he is still very agile and gets around like a 2 year old dog.

For a Labrador/Retriever cross, he also is not a greedy guts with his food, having quite nice manners and sometimes taking a while to eat his food but he will try to give you his big sad, eyes for some of your lunch if you let him. He loves bones, has lovely teeth and is in great shape with no extra weight on him. We love him to bits and are sure his new, lucky family will as well.
