Hello. I'm Harper!
The rangers said I’m very sweet and referred me to the SAFE program.
I’m a newbie in the SAFE program. I’ve just moved into my foster home, so there will be info coming about my personality soon. But in just one week my carer has said "Harper made us all melt, so loving and so confident - totally relaxed in a new setting!".
I’ve been vet checked. And I'll have more photos taken soon so you can see properly just how gorgeous I am!
