About Chilli
Chilli is a handsome boy with his red coat and blue/green eyes. He is a lovely sociable little pup with excellent doggy manners, drilled into him by the older dogs. He plays nicely with the other pups in care, and loves all the usual puppy games, but also loves to wrestle with the big guys. He has just started going on puppy walks in the bush after 5 weeks in care and really enjoys trundling along exploring. He is great off lead and comes when he is called. Chilli has been being crated with foster sister Kesha overnight and at this stage needs to go out once overnight.
Chilli came to us with a mixed group of puppies via the vet. They were surrendered during our outstation desexing program, and were in very poor condition when they arrived. Time, treatment, lots of good food and love and care has helped him blossom into the gorgous boy he is today. He would make a great family pet with older children and would be a good friend for another playful friendly dog. Chilli is 5 kg at present and will be between 15-20kg fully grown.
Our rescue and rehabilitation work happens in Central Australia, but because of the scarcity of adopters locally, our re-homing operation is in South Australia. Chilli's adoption fee includes crate hire, courier transport by road from Tennant Creek to Alice Springs, and a direct flight from Alice Springs to Adelaide. Sumac is currently in foster care in Elliott NT.
