About Athena DL1898
Athena is simply in love with people and is so eager to please. She is currently living with a large family (including older children) and another dog.
Athena is great with children, as she is so gentle, and will sit around with the kids at night, just to enjoy the love and attention.
While she would be more than happy with people home all the time, she is okay being left with a male doggy pal for company. They will just chill together, having a snooze, so they are ready for a walk and play when you get home.
Athena's favourite things in life are simple; she loves walks, lots of cuddles and belly rubs. Fetch is one of her favourite games but you have to catch her to get the ball back, because playing chasey is just as fun!
She LOVES going on daily walks and gets very excited as soon as you pick up the lead. She can pull in her excitement, but she is learning fast & walks beautifully next to you much of the time.
Athena loves hanging out with you! She's a great TV buddy and enjoys nothing more than sneaking onto the lounge and cuddling up with her head on your lap for heaps of pats and belly rubs.
She will sleep happily inside at night on her own bed and is fully toilet trained. As sometimes she can be a little timid, Athena needs a family who will continue to build her confidence.
If you’re looking for the perfect family dog, look no further than Athena. Contact DFL today to invite this beautiful girl into your home.
