About Luna
What a stunner is Luna! A Swiss Shepherd born on 12th August, 2017, she is looking forward to finding her forever home.
Luna is a gal with lots of energy to burn and would make an awesome new family member for an active household.
She is a super smart young lady who already knows how to sit on command. Luna is very food motivated and loves her toys. This together with her desire to please her human friends will be an advantage in her further training. To help with this training, we have included 3 x free training lessons in her adoption fee with thanks to Wyong Dog Training.
Luna is still young and is really just a pup in a big dog's body. She loves to play with people and she can jump up to say hello in her excitement. For this reason she should be supervised around young children as she could accidentally knock them over in her excitement to say hello. Continued training should help with this.
She shows no sign of food aggression or seperation anxiety and although she doesn't seem bothered by loud noises, we would recommend that she be allowed inside during thunderstorms and fireworks where she knows she is safe.
Luna is an affectionate girl who after a full day of adventure does love to have a cuddle with her favourite people. She also enjoys playing with other dogs and she gets along well with both big and small dogs. If she was to be rehomed with another dog in residence, we will require a meet and greet as her exuberance can be a little much for some dogs. Luna would not be suited to a home with existing cats or pocket pets in residence as she will chase them.
She loves to be out for a walk and while she is still learning proper lead manners, she is getting better each day. Once in a home environment and with further training and regular walks, this should improve dramatically. She enjoys exploring new areas and new adventures with her favourite people.
Luna is a beautiful girl who would love to be in a home where she is included as a member of the family and is involved in the day to day activities. Luna will thrive in an environment that guides her with positive direction and lots of love and attention. She will benefit greatly from routine and further socialisation and training.
This incredibly beautiful lady will make a loyal companion and wonderful addition to a lucky family.
Luna's adoption fee is $600 and includes her desexing, vaccinations and lifetime registration. Luna is also regularly treated for flea and worms.

Adoption details
Please phone or email us to find out more information on our animals. You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire. This questionnaire is confidential and does not oblige you to adopt, or guarantee you the animal. The information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once the questionnaire and any questions you may have are approved and answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
