About Hedy the glamorous ticked tabby kitten!
Hedy was found dumped in a cardboard box outside Scienceworks with her siblings, covered in ringworm and in need of help. All better now, she is ready for adoption!
Hedy is named after the actress Hedy Lamarr, who was also an inventor. During WW2 she helped create a radio guidance system which later contributed to the invention of Bluetooth and Wifi technology. Hedy is a beautiful dark brown ticked tabby with a fiesty attitude - she loves to growl when she plays with her toys.
Hedy is approximately 4 months old and loves to play, eat and cuddle. She is a lovely cat who’d suit all households!
Medical notes
Hedy is desexed, microchipped (microchip # 953010002270825) and has had her first vaccination. Her second vaccination is included in the adoption fee!
Adoption details
To adopt a cat from Cat People you'll be required to have a house check done, show 100 points of ID and fill out & sign an adoption contract.
Deposits are accepted to hold cats & kittens before adoption - this deposit is not refundable (instalment payments can be arranged with the coordinator to pre-approved adopters).
Cats from our group are all are vet checked, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated and desexed before being taken home by their adopters. Additionally, all of our cats have been evaluated for behavioural traits, fed a high-quality diet, and well socialised. Please note: all Cat People cats and kittens are indoor only, this is not negotiable.
Adoptions can be done with a two week foster to adopt arrangement for adult cats only.
We will communicate with you through every step of the adoption process to ensure that your experience (and the cat's) is excellent and that you are confident in your decision to adopt a feline companion
Returns are only accepted due to health issues confirmed by a veterinarian.
