About Nugget
Meet Nugget, a deeply affectionate young boy whose favourite thing in the whole world is lying on his human’s lap having a belly rub. He’s still a bit of a puppy, aged between 12 – 18 months and has boundless energy to share with an active family who will involve him in their everyday activities. He would especially love a doggy companion to play with! Nugget stays home alone without any trouble, but he really loves social interaction (even if it’s just ‘helping’ you around the garden) so he’d suit a family who’s home more often than not. Nugget tries to make friends with every dog he meets on his walks and is fine with kids (but because he is still learning to contain his excitement, would suit a home with older children). Nugget is house trained, knows how to ‘sit’ for treats, and sleeps in his kennel every night. If you can give Nugget the time and attention he needs to feel loved and mentally stimulated (he’s ever so smart), then he will repay you with sweet devotion and hilarious antics

Adoption Process
We send out our application to the new potential family and when our forms are returned we start a process called screening. When we have finished our screening and all information that comes back is approved. We do a meet and greet, sometimes more than two. If all parties are happy, we then allow our foster furkid go into your home. After 3 weeks sometimes more, we do a revisit and see how everyone is going, then we change over microchip registration if everything is great.
