About Ziggy ~ Bull Arab x puppy (on trial 9/5/2018)
I’m Ziggy and I’m a 13 week old Bull Arab X. I didn’t have a very nice start in life, being neglected and very underweight. I nearly lost my life, but I fought hard and I sure am making up for it now! I am a cheeky boy that is full of life!
Everything is new and exciting to me! I like to play, explore, eat, sleep, repeat! I can sit and am nearly completely toilet trained.
I love the yard and the outdoors, but I also love a bed inside too! I would love some that can exercise me and play with me regularly.
I am very well socialised with other dogs and great with kids! I think I will grow up to be smaller than my siblings, but I will still be best suited to a family that understands large breeds. I would love someone that can give me plenty of attention and cuddles, as I love to be part of the family. I have plenty of love to give!!
I will need a friendly adult dog as a teacher, companion and playmate as I would be too lonely on my own. It would also be good if someone in the household doesn't work full time.
My siblings Matt and Mikey are also available for adoption.
As Ziggy is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because he'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when he's approximately 5 months old.
For more information or to meet Ziggy, please contact his foster carer Lori on lori.whiteman@hotmail.com Ziggy is in Whitebridge, NSW (Lake Macquarie, near Newcastle).
Ziggy's adoption fee is $550 and includes his desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and she's been treated for fleas and worms.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire. Word format: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx or PDF: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.pdf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
