Saphire

Saphire is a gorgeous little dog who gets along with everyone. She is popular with all the other dogs in care, and very sweet and playful with the puppies too. Coming from a remote community, she is used to being around people of all ages and is basically bomb proof in social situations. She is the sort of dog who really just wants a human of her own, and will be a loving and faithful companion to that person. She is very reliable off lead, and really loves to have that freedom, but she will walk nicely on the lead as well.

Saphi adopted a lady in the APY lands who brought her to us for rehoming. She has been so nice in the foster care situation and no trouble at all to look after. She is just a great little dog with a super sweet nature. Saphire is fully grown and a good weight at 14 kg.

Our rescue and rehabilitation work happens in Central Australia, but because of the scarcity of adopters locally, our re-homing operation is in South Australia. Saphire's adoption fee includes crate hire, courier transport by road from Tennant Creek to Alice Springs, and a direct flight from Alice Springs to Adelaide. Saphire is currently in foster care in Elliott NT.
