About Berta D3858 - Adoption Pending
Berta is a beautiful, clever, young lady with a lovely spirit. She enjoys being with dogs and people. She is well behaved in the car and on a lead to and from the car. She absolutely adores having another puppy companion at her foster home. She plays around the yard with him, and chasey is a favourite game! They get along wonderfully.
Whoever adopts Berta will have a devoted companion. She has had a rough start but has healed from those beginnings amazingly. She is now good with her food and knows how to leave the other dogs food alone - even when it looks delicious!
When she first came to SAFE Berta was initially cautious with people until she got to know them, particularly males. This issue seems to have faded and her current foster home has not seen this be a problem. Once Berta feels SAFE, she just looks for love and approval. She loves cats and loves to play with them, and they don’t seem to mind her a bit!
Berta has been an outdoor dog during her time with SAFE as it's a warm climate in Karratha, so it is therefore not possible to know if she is fully toilet trained.
BERTA CAN FLY!
A few hours flying is absolutely worth it for animals who are located remotely if it means they have the opportunity to be adopted. Talk to us about flying Berta to you. The usual airfare for dogs to Perth is $150 but travel costs are negotiable and never get in the way of a good match up!
