About Bessie
Meet sweet little Bessie, a 10 week old Australia Shepherd/Border collie mix, who was found dumped on the highway in Central West.
Bessie has a beautiful nature and is very sweet, loyal & gentle. She is energetic, agile & intelligent and would make a great family pet on a large secure block/ acreage. Bessie will benefit from ongoing training, regular exercise and mental stimulation. Bessie has good recall & able to follow basic commands. Her foster Mum thinks she would love agility training.
Bessie loves to run around the yard & lie about in the sun chewing sticks & treats. Bessie is very affectionate & likes to snuggle up to her humans. She also loves children. Bessie would best be suited to a home with no cats and pocket pets as she likes the thrill of the chase. She also wouldn’t be suited to apartment living or small backyards.
Bessie is in foster care in Orange NSW and will be ready to go to her forever home after her vet work is complete.

Wally's Doggie Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
