About Diesel
Diesel hasn't quite figured out that he's an older gentleman and is still an energetic, fun loving guy.
He loves other dogs and has adapted well to his new foster home surroundings. Showing that he really is a beautiful soul who would love a variety of households.
Diesel could easily adapt to a home with another dog, one that is social and inviting. But he would easily adapt to a home where he is a very much loved only dog.
He has lived with cats previously so we think he could do that again. Of course proper introductions and time would need to be advised to make sure all get along.
His foster home has horses and chickens in a coop and he hasn't shown any reactions of interest to those.
He is good with kids and adores people. He really is a great character.
He is currently in a rural setting behind paddock fencing and has adjusted well and he has also lived in suburbia with ease.
He will need a home that is catering to his older age with a nice quality diet and joint supplements for support. A good exercise regime and of course being allowed inside as of a night time for cuddles and sleep.
He would do great in a moderately active household that keeps him social and trained when out and about.
Diesel is located on the Central Coast and his Adoption fee is $350. He is ready for his new home now.
Medical notes
Allergic to beef
Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
