Kimba Wolfhound Cross (42kg)

Kimba is a five-year-old Wolfhound cross, she is a very large, mellow and affectionate dog whose ideal day would break down like this; 20 hours of sleep followed by 2 hours of belly rubs, an hour of walking and an hour of eating. She has a very easy going, loving personality.

Kimba is a very well socialised dog and is good with people of all ages. She is non reactive towards other cats and while she can get along with other dogs she is best suited to a only dog home as she can react badly to some dogs and does resource guard food and very occasionally her dog bed. She seems fine with being left alone for reasonable periods of time and could suit a working home with good fencing. She has some basic training such as waiting to be asked to come inside, sit, in your bed and knows not to go on the furniture. She is a easygoing dog and will adapt to new situations and is used to being an indoor/outdoor dog.

Kimba would suit families with children (5+), Working families, couples or singles of any age.
