Kelso

Kelso is a border collie X .. 5 years old ... sadly he is no longer able to be with his humans as he escapes while his daddy is away in the army .... they have tried everything but nothing seems to stop this boy. He needs a property with secure fencing and someone that is home a lot of the time .... He has all his vet work done and has been with all farm animals....
