Hello there! My name is Christopher. I came into care with my brother Mr Sharpe and my sister Jodie. We came from an accidental pregnancy - oops! You probably already know this (since you're an awesome person looking at rescue kitties) but it is super important to not let cats breed. Kittens are cute, but there are too many of us!
Anyway, back to me. I'm a funny little guy! I love people and I love cuddles - once you're holding me, I purr and purr. But I'm easily startled and my first response to everything is to run away to somewhere safe, where I can sit back and reassess things. Usually I realise after that, that I didn't need to be so scared! But I think I need a home with no small children, as they might just be a bit too loud and fast-moving for me. I just need someone to love, who will love me in return. I would love to be adopted with one of my siblings, or as a friend for your existing kitty.
I know that Black Cat Friday last week but I'm still awesome now!

If you would like to know more about an animal please call Freedom on 0409 000 259. If it sounds like you and the furry creature are a suitable match then we will pass on the foster carer’s details to you so you can call and make a time to meet them.
Once you have met the animal and wish to go further then we may organise a yard check to ensure that your yard is safe and secure (dogs only). You can then take your new family member home on a 2 week trial and if you decide they are not suitable then you can return them.
If you are not sure how existing animals in your home might be affected, or you want a little extra time to get to know the nature of the animal, we may allow you to foster with a view to adopt.
