About Resolution (CaV17-232)
HEY there! My name is Resolution (Rez for short). You should definitely make a resolution to come and meet me ASAP so you can find out how amazing I am.
I came into care with my brother Celebration (Celly). Can you guess when we arrived? Yes, it was at New Years!
We were born on Boxing Day and tragically when we were just a few days old, our mummy went out and never came back. We found out she got hit by a vehicle and died. It was really sad and it was hard to grow up without her, but we were lucky to have a foster mummy who fed us from a bottle and looked after us really well.
We are SOOOO friendly! We never ever stop purring. I have HEAPS of energy, like the energiser bunny! I just go and go and go. I love to explore and climb so a nice big scratchy post is a must. When I was little I always sat on my foster mum's shoulder and I haven't quite realised that I'm getting a bit big for that now, so you'll need to keep teaching me that, unless you want to wear me as a scarf!
I get on great with other cats and dogs of all sizes (you can see in my photos me saying hi to my littler terrier friend), as long as they are gentle and friendly with me. I would be good with kids, though I do have sharp claws and sometimes I get them out when I'm playing without meaning to, so very small children may not be ideal.
My new family is going to be extremely lucky to have me because I am so awesome and friendly. I have never been outdoors and need to be an indoor only kittie please.
Take home today, it will be the best thing you ever do!
Adoption details
Thank you for taking the time to view one of our lovely animals. We love them all and we hope you will too.
If you would like to know more about an animal please call Freedom on 0409 000 259. If it sounds like you and the furry creature are a suitable match then we will pass on the foster carer’s details to you so you can call and make a time to meet them.
Once you have met the animal and wish to go further then we may organise a yard check to ensure that your yard is safe and secure (dogs only). You can then take your new family member home on a 2 week trial and if you decide they are not suitable then you can return them.
If you are not sure how existing animals in your home might be affected, or you want a little extra time to get to know the nature of the animal, we may allow you to foster with a view to adopt.
