About Chica!
(Chica is a beautiful dog that can be quite unsure in new/busy surroundings. Chica will need a stable home that can continue her boundaries, training and confidence building. She would do very well with a well balanced male canine companion. And a family that will introduce her to to new environments slowly. Because she can be nervous, the adoptive family will have to accomodate a slow introduction to moving in - hence no interstate adoption).
Chica is:
-Crate trained.
-House trained.
-Has beautiful mealtime manners.
-Knows ‘shake’.
-Knows sit.
-Has door manners (waits until invited in).
-Travels beautifully in the car.
-Will ring a bell on command.
....and lots more!
Her mix is unknown. But it looks like she might end up being a medium to large adult.
Chica constantly makes us laugh with her goofy antics. Chica requires ongoing training to help her contain her enthusiasm for life!
She is crate trained and happily sleeps in her comfy crate all night.
Chica picks up training cues very quickly and is highly food motivated.
Chica will need a secure yard. She would do well paired up with a male adult canine sibling who could put up with her high energy level.
Chica currently lives with other dogs and Is cat friendly (very friendly - Chica LOVE cat) ;)
This beautiful mixed breed puppy is just glorious in her nature. And will require adopters that can continue to help her grow while keeping her zest for life.
Chica can be quite timid upon meeting new people, but warms quickly. She has proven to get along with every dog that she has met.
Chica loves water, and enjoys trips to the river and also enjoys a nice dip in her water bowl. The sprinkler is also a Chica favourite!
Chica has recently shown some insecurities around males. We have been working with Chica to build her confidence. Due to her sensitive nature Chica will require a family or person who is willing to continue her training and confidence building. A quiet stable household would benefit her. Chica will not be rehomed with young children. Chica is stil a big puppy that gets very excited.

Please direct all enquiries and adoption interest to: http://www.4lyfe.org.au/adoption-application once your completed form has been received and reviewed, the foster carer of the animal you are interested in will be in touch.
Applications for 4Lyfer's are based on best fit. 4Lyfe Rescue aim to place our fosters with the best suited applicant based on temperament, energy levels and any special requirements our foster may have. 4Lyfe Rescue will continue to foster an animal until it has found the perfect home.
4Lyfe Rescue will require a property inspection and meet and greet with the potential owner, residing family and resident pets before approving adoption. All cats are rehomed as indoor/cat containment enclosure only.
Full payment will be required once approved and before the animal is rehomed/ trialled with its potential new family.
