About Freddie
Please meet Freddie.
Freddie is a very happy, sweet and playful young man. He is a typical pup who loves his toys and fun adventures.
Gorgeous little Freddie loves to play and jump around. He is currently in care with his sister Olive and the resident dog who is teaching them what life is all about. They are very happy and confident and are receiving a wonderful start to life. Their carer is working with them both and they are starting to understand basic commands and manners. Both very clever pups.
While Freddie has been in our care, he has been living an indoor/outdoor lifestyle. He is offered a safe bed inside overnight to help him feel secure. He is catching on to toilet training and is not beginning to let his carer know when he needs to go outside. Some patience will be needed in his new home but he is now getting the hang of going outside when he needs to.
Considering his breed, Freddie will grow to a medium-large sized boy. He will require a good sized, secure yard so he has lots of room to move when he is at his full size.
Regular walks will be very important to continue building Freddie's confidence and social skills and obedience training or puppy classes would also be a huge advantage to help him understand what his family are expecting of him.
Freddie will be looking for a home where he will have a desexed canine companion of similar size and energy levels to spend his days with and to continue learning from. He will not be suited to a home as an only dog as there is a very high chance he will become bored and possibly destructive from being left alone.
Please contact us if you and your current canine are looking for a lovable playmate.
Freddie can be met now but will not be ready to head to his new home until after 20/4/18.
Currently in care in Bentleigh East, Victoria
Adoption details
If you think one of our animals would be a good match for your home please email us and we will be in touch shortly after. We all work fulltime, have families and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require any other dogs in your home meeting our foster animal before they head home with you. This enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care, this is a condition of our Adoptions.
