About Jill
Jill was rescued as a kitten towards the end of last year. Two ladies arrived late one afternoon with 10 cats and kittens as they were homeless and had nowhere to live. One of their cats had just had kittens and the babies were dying due to the dreadful conditions they were living in. Thankfully we had a lovely foster carer who look them all in until they were old enough to be desexed etc. They are all well, happy, playful, affectionate, vet checked, immunised, micro-chipped and desexed now ready for their new loving homes
Adoption details
HappyPaws Haven is fussy about who adopts these animals and where they are housed and cared for. The adoption criteria is documented as a questionnaire and strictly adhered to. We do not adopt animals to people who rent unless they are long term rental at the same address and have landlords written permission.
We ask if they have thought about the attributes they want in a dog, lifestyle, childrens ages, prepared to train, etc. We also talk about responsible pet ownership, fully fenced yards, hours unattended etc. and finally a vet reference.
