About Betty & Wilma
Meet Betty & Wilma!
These 2 were saved from a house set on fire deliberately. They were extremely nervous and frightened little dogs. Months later we feel they are ready to be Rehome together.
Above everything else - these girls adore each other and are seeking a forever home together 🧡 Although they are different in character, they cuddle up next to each other on the sofa or their bed. They both are very affectionate and are wonderful in the home.
They are a pleasure to be around, listen very well, give unconditional love, and are more than happy amusing themselves in the garden with frequent naps & cuddles. They walk very well together too & only need short walks before they get tired..... the joy of tiny legs!!
Â
We think they would suit nearly any type of household (although would prefer a quieter one) but would make wonderful companion for someone elderly as they are gentle dogs.
Â
A little about the girls:
🧡Betty🧡
Betty is a beautiful character. She is an inquisitive soul who likes to slowly roam the garden or indoors looking into every crevice, will always follow me to check that she is not missing out on anything & nimbly catches flies in record timing. She isn't interested in toys but loves her food, especially roast chicken & peanut butter.
Â
She is very affectionate & likes to curl up next to me on the sofa but also likes her own space occasionally & will take herself of to bed  or bake in the sun.
Â
Betty enjoys training for treats, but not the quickest to catch on- but when she gets there she remembers & is eager to learn- she is a gentle thoughtful girl with just the right amount of cheekiness. Light on her paws with a elegant skip in her step.
Â
🧡Wilma🧡
Wilma is an open book, she just wants to play & be fussed over. Loves her ball & will happily play fetch as long as your willing- it took her just one afternoon to realise my elderly mum couldn't bend down to get the ball from the ground- so now she jumps up onto the sofa & places it beside her so that she can join in.
Â
Wilma loves a belly rub & likes to be the centre of attention, before dozing by your side or on your lap. Wilma is very patient, when Betty takes a while to catch on to things like stay sitting before food bowl goes down- Wilma will just sit there waiting for her to get it.
Â
Wilma enjoys her food, but isn't as focused on it as Betty- though still enjoys training for treats & is quick to catch on. She prefers to lounge in the shade & is a little more timid of the two when it comes to exploring, preferring to stay nearer to you.
Â
**Essential Information: The girls must be rehomed together **
