About Ayu
Ayu has had a rough start to life. She came into the council pound emaciated and in the need of love, care and high quality food.
Ayu is building her strength and muscle tone and whilst she is still on the light side, she is well on her way to being in tip top condition.
Ayu is an interesting breed mix being a Great Dane x Staffy and is still growing. From what we ahve seen so far Ayu will make an awesome dog companion for the right person. She needs the right home and someone committed to her and her continued training. She has already had a human let her down.
Ayu is best suited to being an only dog in the home. She mixes well with other dogs in controlled environments but loves the 1:1 attention of her foster carer.
Ayu has been in care with cats and has not paid any interest in them so we believe she will be fine to live in a home with cats.
Ayu will go to her new home vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, flea and worm treated and microchipped. Once you meet her you will melt.
Medical notes
Ayu was emaciated when she came in the program. She has put on weight and is looking really good now. She is still building her muscle tone.
