Billy

Billy is a gorgeous little guy (weighing in at 5 kg), really cheerful and friendly to people and other dogs alike. He enjoys his walks and goes along well on the lead, but can be trusted off lead as well. Billy loves a game with one of his doggy mates, and he loves an outing too. He is housetrained and able to use a doggy door. Billy is such an adorable little guy, who loves lap time and to curl up on the couch or bed with you. With his long hair he will need brushing and the occasional trim to keep him comfortable.

Billy came to us via the Tennant Creek Pound. He was advertised widely but no one came forward for him. We think maybe his people moved on. He was very dirty and tangled, but his foster carer washed him and brushed him (he tolerates this sort of attention well), and now we think he looks like a show dog!

Our rescue and rehabilitation work happens in Central Australia, but because of the scarcity of adopters locally, our re-homing operation is in South Australia. Billy's adoption fee includes crate hire, courier transport by road from Tennant Creek to Alice Springs, and a direct flight from Alice Springs to Adelaide.
