Harper

Hi I am Harper! I came to the RSPCA in a humane cat trap after living in an industrial area! I spent time in foster care for socialization, and have realized how much I thrive in the comforts of a home environment! Especially notable are my human's bed, all the pats I can get, and how they clean the litter box for me (which I have been perfect with using by the way)!

Once comfortable, I am a big sook and love to sidle up to you rolling around and rubbing. I can purr for ages and have the cutest mew! I also like to bat toys around. When I get playful, I can get a bit play-bitey with hands so I need someone who is comfortable with being chewed on a little bit!

I am still a timid young dude, and it takes me time to be comfortable with new people and environments. I need a very quiet and patient home with one or two adults, who take things slowly and don't force me. I need to be kept as an indoor only cat, so I don't revert to running and hiding.
I like other cats and am polite with them. I have also been in foster with a small placid dog, and I was fine. I may be scared at first, but it won't take me long to reward you my loving, playful nature and top-notch head-butts!
