About Franklin (aka Frankie)
Not sure where to start with this gorgeous little man....He's been the most perfect boy and an absolute pleasure to foster. Frankie adores his humans, but also does enjoy the companionship of other dogs. He's currently in foster care with 4 host dogs (small to medium in size) and his foster humans (adults and older children) and has won everybody's heart.
Dog Friendly: YES
Child Friendly: YES
Cat Friendly: YES
Crate trained: YES
Toilet trained: 99%
Separation Anxiety: NO (unsure if left completely on his own but with other dogs around, he's fine)
Frankie is the ultimate Frenchie package....absolutely adorable, snuggly, extremely quiet (yet to hear him bark), easily trained, will sit for his dinner and treats, responding well to his newly acquired name and enjoys his car rides/walks. He's perfect :)
If you don't think you're a Frenchie Fan, you will be converted after spending just minutes with Frankie.
This boy enjoys his food, although ours always seems more tempting than his. He enjoys laying down in the kitchen while you prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner and gives you those sad puppy dog eyes while you eat. He loves to play fetch with the tennis ball (still working on him bringing it back) and his favourite spot on the couch, is behind your back. If I was made to say something negative about Frankie, it would be the fact that he snores and sometimes has you wondering what that foul smell is.....but that's as bad as it gets, and it's really nothing to complain about.
PLEASE NOTE: DO YOUR RESEARCH ABOUT THE FRENCH BULLDOG BREED. They can often have issues with their breathing and overheat quickly (heatstroke), among other things, so will need access to air conditioning during hot weather. If this is something you cannot provide, look at other breeds!
In case you couldn't tell, this boy has my heart, and you'll need to be pretty damn special to adopt him. So if you plan on sending through an enquiry, use the questions below as a guide and provide us with as much information as you can. Make it stand out :)
Frankie has now had all his vet work done and ready to find his forever home. He is located in Hamlyn Terrace, on the Central Coast NSW.
