Meet Kahlua, a very pretty and super sweet tri-colour Border Collie x Kelpie. This intelligent little girl is already calm and loving, even though she’s only 9 weeks old. Kahlua already knows how to smile as she’s so happy to be looking for a fabulous furever family. She loves to play with her siblings and her favourite games are with tug toys and balls.
Kahlua is crate trained, travels well in the car and is socialised with people. She loves to play in the bath water, is learning to use the puppy pads for toilet training and sleeps very well. She is a little Cuddle Pie and will happily lie in your arms while you talk to her.
This smart, pretty little girl has a working breed background and will thrive if you give her lots of mental and physical activities and a commitment to training. If you think this sounds like you, please put in an application for Kahlua now.

Adoption details
~ ADOPTION PROCESS ~
STEP 1: An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
** PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT DO INTERSTATE ADOPTIONS ** We require all animals to have a meet & greet with their new family before they are officially adopted, no exceptions. If you are willing and able to meet the dog in person, we are happy to accomodate the adoption.
STEP 2: If successful, our foster carer will be in touch within 24-48 hours.
STEP 3: A 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
STEP 4: The animal MUST not be taken on the day unless PRIOR ARRANGED (travelling over a 4 hr round trip), we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
STEP 5: A 10 day trial period commences once the animal has been collected from the foster carer.
STEP 6: The Adoption is the finalised after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email after this period. Please note this can take up to 4 weeks pending on the microchip paperwork.
