About Molly and Teddy ~ Moodles (on trial 13-4-2018)
This adorable duo are Molly and Teddy. Brother and sister who are 10 year old Moodles (Maltese x Poodles). They have been together since birth so are a bonded pair and need to be adopted together
They love each other's company and will play and hang out with each other all day long. In saying this, they will happily come and greet you when you arrive home and love to have a pat and the attention from their family.
Molly and Teddy are very friendly dogs and are great with kids and of course adults so would suit a family with children.
Teddy is the larger out of the two and tends to think his sister’s food looks quite good too, hence the size difference, so he needs to be watched at meal time. There is no food aggression between these two though.
They are both in very good health and will need regular grooming. As you can see, they are due for some styling.
Molly and Teddy have been outside dogs for the last couple of years but before this they were used to being inside and could use a doggy door. We would like them to be able to be inside dogs again, be allowed to sleep inside and spend time with the family but might need a little attention with toilet training again. They will pick it up quickly as very smart dogs.
Teddy did have an incident with a larger dog attacking him when out walking and now is a little timid and frightened of other dogs so will need someone to be patient with him until he builds confidence being around other dogs and going out for a walk.
These two would be great companions for an older person or couple who are looking for two sweet natured dogs.
For more information or to meet Teddy and Molly, please contact their foster carer Sharron on 0423331057 or sstudley3@bigpond.com. Teddy and Molly are in foster care in Gillieston Heights, NSW and are available for adoption interstate.
Teddy and Molly’s adoption fee is $350 and they are desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire. Word format: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx or PDF: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.pdf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
