About Swanny
Swanny
Swanny, as in Dane? As athletic as the ex footy player was but a hell of a lot cuter :)
Not cat friendly
Primary/Teenage siblings.
Part time/ Retiree most suitable.
Swanny had his third birthday earlier this month, he is a medium stocky stunning white hound with tan markings. He is very fit and agile. He is an easy going young lad who loves to follow you around to see what you are doing but is very happy to chill and laze on his bed as well.
Loooves squeaky toys, mouthing and chewing them, tossing them around just to make sure they know who's boss. He prounces around with them in his mouth and then lays down with them for company.
Being a young fella, he still has a little to learn of the wide world and will learn quickly from his new environment and family. He loves company and would love to be included in family activities such as walks, which he enjoys and is great on lead, as well as other adventures to keep him busy and happy. A family with primary school children and older would be suit Swanny as he does get quite busy and active, especially when he is playing with his toys and could maybe knock over a toddler inadvertently when he is focused on playing.
He gets on with other medium to large canines but hasn't been exposed to small dogs so careful introductions to these dogs is important. He isn't a lover of cats though, so no kitties at his new residence.
As he is young and loves nothing better to play, he would love a home with another medium to large friend where he has company and can practice "zoomies" together.
Part time workers or even retirees would be ideal for Swanny as he is a "people hound" A family willing to include Swanny in their activities would make Swanny's Day. He is just a sweet young lad, so willing to please and will make you fall for him in an instant.
