Hi there, I’m Ripley and I’m very talented at being lazy! Really, if they were giving out prizes for couch potatoes, I’d hands-down be the first place winner. You can coax me out of bed with the promise of food, or a squeaky toy… mostly for cuddles though – I’ll definitely get up for a cuddle. My calm nature means that I’ve been sociable with all of the other hounds I’ve met here at Greyhound Rescue. They’ve even convinced me to have a play – but back to my bed shortly afterwards for a nap… you can’t expend too much energy you know!

Adoption details
Once we have found your new greyhound we will send you an application form to complete and return. Then we will arrange a house check. It is important that the right hound goes to the right home! We can arrange for you to meet the dog/s and they can meet your family and/or other pets. Our hounds go “on trial” with your family for a minimum of 2 weeks. We have dogs that are small dog and cat friendly.
We expect greyhounds to be 'indoor dogs' and not left alone for long periods of time. Ideally they would have a doggy or human friend for company most of the time.
