Introducing Mr Cute as a Button!

Reivilo is such a gorgeous little dog (<10kg) with a lovely soft coat and fluffy tail. He has a great and vibrant personality to match his looks. Reivilo loves everyone he meets. He is keen as mustard to greet new people, and he absolutely loves kids. Pats, cuddles, scratches, belly rubs – he loves them all. When you come home he is eager to see you and shows it with a very waggy tail. He also loves to play and interact with people, and will run around with kids and chase toys. All in all, he is a fun happy dog who will be up for all the adventures and fun on offer.

Other dogs are an important part of Reivilo’s life. He has always lived with another dog and loves their companionship. Running around the yard, playing with his little doggy friend in foster care, and saying hi to every dog at the dog park are his favourite things to do. He gets along well with every dog he meets. Reivilo is relatively active and will require daily exercise throughout his life to keep him healthy and happy. He would benefit from trips to off lead dog parks or beaches to stretch his legs but he is better off in enclosed areas as he is still learning reliable recall.

Reivilo has basic manners and can sit for pats and walks nicely on a lead. He is not particularly food motivated unless it’s a really yummy treat but he loves being told he is a good boy. He is toilet trained and travels well in the car. At night he sleeps in a crate and sleeps right through till morning. He is not much of a barker and does not dig or chew.

We are looking for a home where Reivilo is considered a part of the family and included in the daily activities and outings. He must have another dog at home for company as he does not like to be left outside by himself without a doggy friend. Reivilo should be allowed inside to be with the family at least when you are home and will require a warm comfy bed inside to sleep on at night. He will make a great addition to a family who are looking for another dog to join them on their adventures and to have lots of fun with.
