Jimmy

Jimmy is the nicest little fellow, just so sweet and endearing. He is only 14 kg but has long slender legs, so we would say he is on the smaller side of medium, with a light frame. He is an extremely loving dog, quite devoted to his humans. He has good manners and is an intelligent and cooperative boy. Everyone who meets him comments on what a great little dog he is.

Jimmy was born under an upturned car wreck in Village Camp in Tennant Creek. His mum Littlebit is a scruffer too, the daughter of a well known doggie identity in Tennant Creek called Chardonnay. He still lives in Village Camp where one of our members feeds and cares for him, but he is de-sexed now, so Jimmy is one of the last of Chardonnay's dynasty. Littlebit lives in Strathalbyn now, and his brother and sister live in Victor Harbour. Jimmy was adopted by a lovely couple in Adelaide who also have a small male dog. Unfortunately Jimmy only ever wanted to play, and this little dog has been quite mean to him. They love Jimmy so much that they have tried everything, but nothing has changed. They believe that Jimmy will be permanently scarred if he continues to be exposed to negative behaviours from their other dog. They have therefore made the very hard decision to surrender him back to us for rehoming.

Considering Jimmy's desperation to play with another friendly dog, we are looking for a home with a sweet natured dog already in situ, or a person or family who would also adopt a puppy from us (we have a couple of lovely female pups who are not yet advertised).

Jimmy is currently with his current family in Adelaide, and approved applicants will be able to meet him.
