About Charm
Introducing charm!
Charm got her name(lucky charm) because she was left at the vets by her previous owners with a broken femur bone and was a very lucky girl to find the firefly family to take her in.
Charm definitely has luck on her side! Charm was able to keep her leg and it’s healed beautifully!
Despite having to spend 12 weeks confined to a crate, Charms foster carers spent lots of time socialising her with other dogs and people giving her the best start to life.
Charm is an absolute water baby! She loves her shell pool and beach adventures. Her recall isn’t spot on but it’s very good for a young pup!
Charm requests that her new fam have a shell pool for her and take her on lots of beach/river adventures like her foster fam do.
Charm gets super excited when she can see the collar and lead coming out! She knows it means adventure and adventure is her middle name!
Charm loves car trips and is perfectly behaved in the car! She loves the wind in her hair! Of course she needs to safely be secured into a seat belt clip or car harness
While in care charm has learnt lots of beautiful manners. She knows all the basics like sit,
Drop, shake ect
She also sits and waits for her dinner at night and knows the command “on your bed” for inside and in your crate.
Charm is very affectionate and friendly she loves snuggles on the lounge and in bed! Loves to smother you in sloppy kisses!
Charm is always so happy to see her humans!
Foster mum says charms cuddles are the best medicine after a stressful day
Charm is great with other dogs and loves rumbling with big dogs! She is very rough in play so would need a doggy friend who loves to rough and tumble. Charm would be best with a larger size dog. She does like to be the dominant dog so a home with a more chilled out submissive male dog would suit her best as she can be dominant with females.
Charm has been around kids occasionally and is fine around them however due to her size and boisterous nature kids over 12 are most suitable.
Charm is use to spending lots of time inside with her family. She is fully house trained and has great inside manners
Charm sleeps in her crate of a night.
She absolutely loves her crate and needs a home where she will be able to have a crate to sleep in and spend time in.
Being a puppy charm loves to chew she needs lots of fun chew toys and ropes to keep her occupied
She loves her kongs full of frozen mince they are her favourite
Charm also loves digging her foster mum doesn’t appreciate charms help in the yard hehe
Charm would love a sand pit to dig in in her new home or she may just do some landscaping for you!
Charm does have sensitive skin but we have found her skin does best on Blackhawk food so she will need a home that will continue her on this diet.
She has a sensitive stomach to beef bones her foster mum will be able to give you more information on this
Overall charm is such an amazing dog with so much goofy and loveable character! She is so friendly and steals the hearts of everyone she meets.
Charm is not an overly active dog a short walk everyday or a beach trip will do her just fine.
She loves playing in the leaves and mud! Such a little tomboy! Definitely no princess
Charms breed is completely unknown we just know she is going to be a BIG girl!
Charm will need a very firm owner that is committed to on going training and socialising.
Charm needs a home with rules and boundaries. She is very head strong so
Large dog experience is preferred.
Charm takes her modelling career very seriously! Despite her serious look she is a super happy friendly dog!
