My name is Grace and I am a sweet and snuggly Great Dane x. I didn't have a very good start to life, but all that is behind me now. My very favourite thing now is cuddles and I will let you pat and cuddle me all day long.

My second favourite thing is playing with chew toys! I will amuse myself for ages having a good chew. I am learning how to play with my foster fur siblings and I get cheekier and braver everyday when we play. I get very excited and bark when I meet new dogs because I have so much to tell them, so if you have another dog I would love you to bring it along when you come to meet me. I have met some cats here in foster care but they hissed at me and scared me a little, although I think if they were friendlier I could be their friend.

I really enjoy meeting new people, the big ones and the little ones. I have been living with teenagers in foster care and have met some younger children. Although I am going to be a very big girl when I grow up, I am very gentle around children. I don't jump up on them but instead I just let them pat me.

I am very young still and learning about toilet training and I get better at it everyday. I know how to sit when you ask me and am beginning to be able to shake hands and stay. I am learning to walk nicely on the lead and getting the hang of it really fast. And when you stop to have a chat with your friends, I will sit next to you and lean against your leg, waiting patiently for you.

Foster mum tells me that I am the calmest, sweetest pup she has ever met. I will be the best best friend you ever had! Yes, I am going to be a big girl but it also means I have the biggest heart and that there is more of me to love ❤️
