Zephyr is a fun-loving, happy-all-the-time, odd-ball dog looking for someone who loves to laugh and play around. Must have a great sense of humor and appreciation for big dopey dogs who think they are suited for your lap. He is a seriously lovable goofball and will almost wag his tail off every time you get home. Zephyr absolutely adores humans of all sizes and is amazingly tolerant but given that he is completely unaware of his size he is best suited to a home with older children. While his vision may be limited Zephyr is very eager to please and knows all his basic commands by heart plus a few extra! He is also crate trained and happily puts himself to bed at night. He would be fine with full-time workers but his new family would need to understand that as he's still young he needs a good amount of stimulus before and after they leave the house, or he will get bored and start inventing his own games! Zephyr has lived with dog savvy cats, he understands their boundaries and is mostly well behaved with them provided he is introduced correctly. Birds however, are his mortal enemies and he would not be suited to a home with any pocket pets. He has lived happily with another dog of similar size and as he can be rather boisterous (think WWE super star) he would need a canine companion who could put up with his 'in your face' personality. If you are looking for a dog with a lot of love, a lot of slobber, and a lot of hilarious antics, Zephyr is ready to go home with you.
Zephyr is $300 to adopt, desexed, microchipped, C4 vaccinated and given flea, tick and worm preventatives.
