About Ralph ~ Cattle Dog (on trial 14/7/18)
Introducing the handsome Ralph! Ralph is a 6 month old Stumpy Tail Cattle X. Ralph is very friendly with people and dogs and just loves to play. He is currently in foster care with 4 other dogs and gets along well with them.
Ralph understands basic commands like sit, although he didn't have a name when he was rescued from the pound so he is still learning to respond to his name. Ralph would love for his furever family to continue his training as he is a very smart dog and picks things up quickly. Ralph's foster parents are currently working on his house training and he has only had a couple of accidents.
Ralph is very affectionate, although due to his size his foster parents would recommend older children or children who have experience with larger dogs. Ralph is a very playful dog and loves his toys.
Ralph would love to go to a furever home where he has another playmate to keep him company, although this is not necessary.
Ralph is quite happy to be outside during the day and sleeps inside at night. Ralph will need a secure yard with high fencing.
Ralph would make the perfect addition to any family.
For more information or to meet Ralph please email foster carer Amy on amyeh34@hotmail.com. Ralph is in foster care in Pelaw Main, NSW (near Kurri Kurri) and is available for adoption interstate.
Ralph’s adoption fee is $550 and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire. Word format: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx or PDF: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.pdf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
