About Buddy ~ Bull Arab x Greyhound (on trial 10-4-18)
This is Buddy Star. This magnificent stunning boy is looking for his forever home. He is a 7 month old Bull Arab x Greyhound pup. His striking blue eyes melt the hearts of all that meet him. He is very loyal and loves to be with you whenever possible. He loves long runs and swimming. He will sit in your lap for cuddles and give you kisses all day.
Buddy Star loves children and is very gentle with them, he gets on great with other dogs but can be too playful for small dogs so he needs a medium or bigger sized friend. He is still a puppy so will require more training still. Buddy needs 6ft colourbond fencing as he can climb wire fencing. He is not suited to a home with livestock, poultry or birds. He is ok with cats but we would prefer a home with no cats just in case.
Buddy loves car rides. He isn't a dog that I would want to see left alone for long periods of time as he enjoys company to much. He doesn’t fret when he is left at home though.
Buddy star is a truly great dog. He will be a great addition to a family of a couple who has lots of time to spend with him.
If you think you can provide a perfect home please fill in a adoption questionnaire http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx and email it to Amanda.rescue1@gmail.com Buddy is in foster care in Hebden, NSW and is available for adoption interstate.
Buddy’s adoption fee is $400 and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire. Word format: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx or PDF: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.pdf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
