Tilly and Ruby are timid like usual guinea pigs, so a quiet home and time to settle and they will be much better. They are all just under 3 years old and need to be rehomed together as they have been through a lot together and they are very bonded. They would be good with an existing guinea pig, or just together.
Ruby may have some ovarian tissue remaining following her spay. She obviously can't get pregnant as the uterus was removed completely, but she could develop an ovarian cyst in the future. Tilly is all okay. We do have a two week health cover with our veterinary clinic after adoption if anything is of concern.
If you would like to consider any of our guinea pigs listed on PetRescue, please feel free to message us on here, email Leigh on aapsbunsnpigs@gmail.com or call the shelter directly on 97988415 and talk to Leigh.
Our shelter is open to the public Monday to Saturday 10.00am to 3.30pm & Sundays & some public holidays 11.00am to 3.00pm.
