About Harry
Harry is a playful, affectionate and all round fun-loving kitty. He adores the company of other friendly cats and would love another young and playful cat to wrestle and play with, and to share more tender moments of grooming and snuggling with. He came from a colony of strays as a 3 month old kitten so he is a little shy at first, but with love, patience and kindness you will quickly earn his trust. In his foster home he has two older feline residents to play with. His two year old playmate, Rupert, likes to wrestle with him and groom him before falling asleep curled up in a little ball together. He would really suit a home with another young cat to play with.
Harry loves to come to you for a cuddle when he is feeling snuggly. He purrs like a motor and his tail pops up in the air like a periscope when he sees his human or kitty friends. He truly loves company and will play and cuddle for hours if he has his chance.
Harry is a domestic medium hair kitten, who is quickly growing an impressive squirrel-like tail. His tail seems to be his fluffiest feature, while his coat is slightly longer than a short-haired cat and as smooth as velvet. He is easy to handle and pick up once he knows and trusts you.
Whoever adopts this gorgeous little bundle of joy will be very lucky.
Medical notes
Harry will come desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. He will require 3-monthly worming and monthly flea prevention. He has no health problems and is a healthy, bright and alert kitten.
Adoption details
Please contact the clinic and ask to speak with Rosie, who looks after our kitten adoption program.
All cats and kittens adopted out from Drummoyne Veterinary Hospital MUST go to either an indoor-only home, or a home with a suitable cat-proof outdoor area or enclosure. Part of our mission is to make Sydney a better place for cats, their families and our precious wildlife. Part of that means responsible re-homing. We want our cats and kittens to go to the safest, most loving of homes. We don't want them exposed to risks such as getting hit by a car, dog attacks, cruelty from people, injury or death from cat fights or dog attacks, or contracting illness and viruses etc. We want them to live a long, happy and healthy life with their families, safe from harm.
