About Teddy (March Dog of the Month)
This gorgeous teddy bear of a dog has a lovely temperament, he loves the company of his humans and is good with children. Teddy also gets along with other dogs, but is not a fan of cats.
Teddy is toilet trained and is getting along well with learning his basic commands and manners in his foster home. He is looking for a home where he will be included as part of the family and allowed to sleep inside. This boy is a beautiful big sook who just needs to be loved. If you are a lover of his breed then you are sure to fall in love with him. Teddy is best rehomed with older children, with his size he might knock little children over.
Teddy is around 12 months old, medium to large in size with a soft coat. He has loads of character with beautiful eyes and facial expressions. Please look at the video of Teddy enjoying playtime with the other dogs in his foster home.
This boy is very special and we are offering a $500 training package to be included in his adoption. This will give Teddy and his new family the opportunity to spend time with an experienced dog behaviourist who can give guidance on walking on leash, settling a dog into a new home and so on.
If you like the sound of Teddy and can offer him the home he is looking for, he would love to hear from you. Teddy is in foster care in Sydney and can be transported for the right home. All our dogs have a two week trial period in their new home.
Medical notes
Teddy recently had entropian eye surgery to prevent any eye problems in the future.
