About Flynn ~ Jack Russell Terrier (on trial 14-3-2018)
Please say hello to Bonnyjack Douglas who is known as Flynn to his friends. Flynn is a 5 year old pedigree Jack Russell Terrier and he is looking for a special person who can understand and love him.
Flynn has become rather lazy and enjoys his food making his waist-line a little broad but as he really loves a walk this should disappear with regular walks. Flynn has an outgoing friendly nature and enjoys playing however at first he tends to be a little shy and reserved. He is a quiet dog who rarely barks and has exceptional manners.
There is very little to fault in Flynn with one exception, he cannot under any circumstances be woken at close range, doing this will create a reflex action that will certainly cause a bite. This means no sleeping on the human bed or snuggles on the lounge. Calling Flynn away from arm’s length is just fine!
Flynn is looking for a mature responsible owner without children. He needs to be an inside dog and he is ok to be left alone through the day. He gets on well with other dogs and is toilet trained.
Flynn’s owner will have 100% support from our qualified dog trainers. He will come with his pedigree documentation.
For more information or to meet Flynn, please contact his foster carer Anne on anne_mccondach_3@hotmail.com. Flynn is in foster care in Abermain, NSW and is not available for adoption interstate.
Flynn’s adoption fee is $350 and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire. Word format: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx or PDF: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.pdf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
