About Bella
Meet Bella a three year old stock coated German Shepherd blend who has come into care as her former owner became unwell and was unable to keep her.
Bella is living in her foster carer's home at Kurri Kurri with her fellow rescue dogs and is playful and social. Bella knows her basic commands and is a gentle girl who having lived with an elderly retired couple is fully house trained and trustworthy.
Bella is an easy to manage dog with her smooth coat and compact size she would require a gentle walk each day and playtime with her soft toy. Bella has lived with a cat and is tolerant and having been a much loved family pet she will require inclusion in the family home.
Bella is a blend of German Shepherd and Kelpie but she is a calm dog and easy to walk on lead.
Bella can be viewed by contacting Linda on 0497 398 062.
Medical notes
Bella is desexed, fully immunized and is on heart worm prevention. She has been wormed and flea treated and comes hydrobathed and groomed.
Adoption details
We have an Adoptions Manager who screens all prospective candidates as to their suitability to adopt a German Shepherd Dog.
We try to contact every one by phone but if that isn't successful we will email our application form to you, which needs to be completed and returned, or you can call us back and we can chat and complete for you. We will also ask you to provide photos of your yard and fencing to enable us to see where the dog will be kept and that they have areas of shade and shelter.
All our dogs are ready to go to their new home, so when you enquire about a dog you must be in a position to take them into your home. We are unable to hold a dog while you fix your fences or go on holiday, etc.
The successful candidate who adopts one of our dogs is provided with an information kit, ongoing support, training and advice on all aspects of feeding, training and general assistance to ensure both the new owner and our rescued dog settle into their home.
