About Penelope(now Piper)
Hello,
My name is Penelope but a lot of folk call me "Ms P".
I'm part of a very large family having 11 other siblings.
I'm quite reserved for a pup my age. Don't get me wrong, I do like to play and explore, but while my foster sisters are playing sometimes I like to lie on my bed and watch them as I casually doze off.
I am currently learning something called toilet training and although I have not had an accident inside for 2 weeks, I still have my L plates on so your patience and vigilance will be much appreciated.
Guess what? Yep, I'm crate trained. How smart am I? My foster Mummy says I'm one smart cookie and because I love food, training me will be so easy.
My fur is super soft and you will notice that the majority of me is white. So it is imperative that I'm not exposed to long periods in the sun and I'm provided with shade and protection if outside. I would probably benefit from some Doggy Sunscreen (on my nose area) if I'm ever to travel to the beach or going for long walks where the UV factor is high.
My new family must include me in as many activities as they can and I must be allowed inside the house. My foster Mummy says I am to be part of the family and not just a pet.
I am going to grow into a large dog as you can see by my paws and the wrinkles on my body so if you're a large dog lover, Ms P is your girl. It's imperative I attend ongoing puppy/training obedience classes.
I could meet lots of other doggy friends and it will assist with my socialisation skills.
I'm am currently being fed a grain free diet and this needs to continue for my skin to remain clear and pretty.
I love cuddles and kisses on the couch, I'm affectionate and enjoy a calm environment.
If you had a Doggy Brother or Sister, that would be amazing as I have been raised with 2 of my sisters and this big black shiny Mastiff Dog so I'm used to having other friends around.
I know my forever family is out there who will love and cherish me so lucky I'm a patient pup.
Hear from you soon.
Love Ms P
