While Bailey loves all the members of the family he does tend to bond more closely with one member. He is a loyal and devoted companion, waiting patiently at the door until you come home. He will suit active retirees and also families with older kids.

Medical notes
C3 vaccination due AUG 2019. Last health check FEB 2018. Bailey has mild epilepsy but as long as he has his medication he has been fine. The cost is minimal at around $40 every 100 days. This is not the reason he needs a new home. Genuine applicants are welcome to speak to Bailey’s vet for more reassurance. Don't let this put you off - it is mild and not likely to get worse.

______________________________________
We strongly recommend you read the profile carefully where everything we know about the dog/s is outlined.
If you are interested in a dog we invite you to submit an application form so we can learn more about your circumstances. This is to ensure we match the right dog to the best home. (one form per family - not per dog) https://www.dogadoption.org.au/expression-of-interest---adoption.html
This is for the benefit of both the dog and the potential new owner/s. It also saves time and uses limited resources more effectively.
Once the essential criteria is confirmed we put you in touch with the carer for a more detailed chat with a view of meeting the dog/s.
If you decide to proceed with the adoption we make a time for a house check.
The adoption fee is then paid (there is a 2 week cooling off period.) Please note we do not usually allow trials.
Foster carers are also able to adopt foster dogs once approved.
