About Chilli
Chilli is a beautiful Koolie X looking for a new home, she was rescued from a life on the chain. She has such a beautiful nature and loves to be around humans who give her cuddles. Chilli is a water dog by heart and loves to sit in the clam shell on and off during the day. She knows how to sit and wait for food, being half starved when she came to us she can guard her food a little around new dogs. She is fed away from other dogs currently but getting closer each meal and doing well at waiting for treats around the other dogs too. Chilli is good with other dogs and cat and loves any attention from both adults and children. She will need a refresher in training but there is no such thing as not being able to teach older dogs new tricks. If you have the knowledge of working breeds and can give Chilli the time and love she needs and deserves then fill in an application and we will be in touch.
Medical notes
Has some loss of pigmentation in both eyes but this does not effect her in any way, she also has a raw nose and ears from being out in the sun so will need to be watched until all healed up. Doggie sunscreen was advised by vets.

OUR ADOPTION PROCESS
1. You see a dog you like.
2. Fill in our online adoption form by clicking here or on our website. Be sure to include any questions you may have on our adoption form. This form does not obligate you to adopt, it simply gives us an idea of your situation and needs.

3. If your are successful, one of our volunteers will contact you to organise a meet and greet at your home and conduct a yard check at the same time.
4. Should all go to plan, you will be welcomed to start your 2 week trial period immediately. Adoption fee will be required to be paid at the beginning of the trial period.
During the 2 week trial period, should you decide that this dog is not for you, you are welcome to return the dog (the more notice the better, to ensure we have a foster carer available) and your payment will be retunded to you in full, within 3 business days of the return of the dog.

We are a volunteer run organisation, who have their own jobs during the day, we don't have someone manning our phones 24/7, therefore cannot respond to all inquiries immediately. The fastest way to have your questions answered is to include it in the application form. This will speed up your application with us, and help us communicate with you faster.
Please be patient with us, as the unpredictable nature of rescue may prevent us from clearing all enquiries regularly.
