Rufus

Rufus was found as a stray, but it was quite obvious from his nature he was no wild rat! The finders quickly took him to a vet clinic, and were so enamoured by his personality they even offered him a home. But alas, once it was clear no owner was coming for him, their heads cleared and looks like the home for Rufus was off the cards. So he had to come here instead. We don't think it'll be long before someone gives him a home, just look at his cuteness! Rufus has never bitten, is calm and placid, although loves to play like any baby. He has myco, which all rats have, so there is the occasional little snuffle, but it has been treated by the vets. Rufus would love a human to ride on their shoulder, share their spaghetti, and generally hang out with. He has volunteered to be your kitchen's taste tester. Come and meet this little sweetie!

Rufus would be best with a person who has experience with rats, due to his medical condition (myco) which can flare up.
