Captain Birdo

Captain Birdo is still settling into the shelter while we get to know him. He'd make a great aviary bird with his iridescent green plumage. He has a few feathers missing from his face, but they'll grow back soon (has done, since photo was taken). He was rescued separately to Felix, another Indian Ringneck parrot listed, however they have met at the shelter and currently share an enclosure. Captain Birdo is quite the character, but isn't overly trusting of us humans yet. We'll get there though, possibly with the help of a little bit of apple! Captain Birdo would like to find a home with his friend; Felix.
