Hi, I am Zelda and I just had my fourth birthday whilst in foster care! My lovely foster humans got me some great presents but what I really wanted was a forever home. The ladies at AdoptADane asked me to write about my perfect home, so here I am....

My perfect home would include a furry brother to play with, I do like my foster brother, he is fun to nap with all day! However, I could cope as an only dog if my humans weren't going to leave me alone too long during the day. I so need 6 foot fencing, if I am spooked I will jump fence especially in storms. I have lived with a cat in the past, but I have tried to chase and hurt cats since then, so no cats for me please! I like going for walks but could benefit from a bit more lead training as I can pull a bit. I love running around and playing with toys and balls, its one of my favourite past times, so I would like a yard that has enough room for Dane sized zoomies.

Sometimes certain men scare me, I don't like being present when new male visitors come to the door, I prefer to be kept in a separate room as I get nervous. I have lived with kids and they seem pretty cool and I am pretty sure I could share my house with one or two! Being a typical Dane, I am a guard breed and will bark when people walk past the house, I must let my humans know! So my perfect home won't be deterred by some barking, especially during my settling in period whilst I get to know the neighbourhood.
