About Athena
All about me and my unique personality:
Athena is such a beautiful girl with big puppy dogs eyes that just make you melt! She is full of energy and loves playing with toys. She is very loveable and gives lots of big kisses! She loves going for a walk and is doing well on the lead. She aims to please and doesn’t like getting in trouble, so she’ll fit in great in a home willing to give her a good chance. Athena has taken everything we’ve done with her in her stride, she’s met many crowds of dogs without incident, been boating, bush walking, four wheel driving, long road trips and even been camping with us and 3 other dogs.
My ideal home:
Athena would be best suited to a home with another doggy friend to play or someone who is home a lot, like most young energetic dogs, she will get bored and destructive if left alone with nothing to do and no one to play with for long periods. She would also need to be an inside outside dog and suited to someone that has enough time to put into exercising, training and of course lots of loving. The more time you spend with her, the better she’ll develop.
What is known about my background:
Athena was surrendered into care with her 6 brothers and sisters. While she had a bit of a rough start she has flourished while in care.
How do I interact with kids, dogs, cat and other pets?:
Athena is a little too boisterous for small children at this stage, but I’m sure she’ll settle down a lot once she matures a little. She likes other dogs and has got on well with all the other dogs she’s met while in our care. She doesn’t seem at all phased by our cat, but our cat isn’t exactly dog friendly so they haven’t met right up close, I can’t imagine there being a problem. She hasn’t met any pocket pets yet but she’s young enough to learn to live with all types of animals.
