Lightening is a goofy softy with a heart of gold. An absolute pleasure to have around. Happy to be left alone or in the company of his sibling or Adult staffy pal. He loves to flop at your feet for a belly scratch and is incredibly friendly. He loves to do the right thing by his humans and will sulk if he gets in trouble! He makes sure never to do the naughty thing again. He loves to play with toys and wrestle with his siblings but isn't quite game enough to jump on our big staffy, instead opting to lay infront of her so she can clean him. He is wonderful with children and like his siblings, lights up when he sees them arrive home from school. Lightening is incredibly smart (especially if treats are involved) He knows how to sit. So he is sure to learn rapidly with his new, very lucky, family.

Adoption details
~ ADOPTION PROCESS ~
STEP 1: An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
** PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT DO INTERSTATE ADOPTIONS ** We require all animals to have a meet & greet with their new family before they are officially adopted, no exceptions. If you are willing and able to meet the dog in person, we are happy to accomodate the adoption.
STEP 2: If successful, our foster carer will be in touch within 24-48 hours.
STEP 3: A 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
STEP 4: The animal MUST not be taken on the day unless PRIOR ARRANGED (travelling over a 4 hr round trip), we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
STEP 5: A 10 day trial period commences once the animal has been collected from the foster carer.
STEP 6: The Adoption is the finalised after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email after this period. Please note this can take up to 4 weeks pending on the microchip paperwork.
