Hey Everyone! I’m Bertrand and in my opinion I’m the Bestest Ever! I am soooo smart that I can already sit, walk well on a lead, and almost have wait, drop and fetch mastered too. The photographer loved me so much she nearly took me home there and then! I like to be able to get close to my human whenever I feel like it - and that’s a lot - for neck and side scratches rather than cuddles. Wherever you are, that’s where I wanna be!

Because of my cleverness, SAFE reckons I'm going to make a brilliant pet for someone who is strong willed like me, and who will put the time into doing training with me every day - as well as exercise and outings of course :) A home with children won’t work too well for the children. I love them so much that I get too in their space and they don’t like it.

A few hours flying is absolutely worth it for remotely located animals if it means we have the opportunity to be adopted. My airfare to Perth is $150 thanks to QANTAS, and I can fly elsewhere in Australia too.
